Can I stay extra nights at Red Deer College?

Yes if there is availability …you will need to call 1-403-342-3257 to book through the college as the bloack of rooms ABC2020 has booked is just for 5 nights.

Are there any  Handicap Access Rooms available?

Yes there are a limited number in the main building. Please email us at:  info@abc2020.ca     so we can reserve one from the college.

Is there Air Conditioning?

The classrooms and the college are air-conditioned but not the housing.

Which Airport should I fly into?

Red Deer is  situated equi-distance from Edmonton or Calgary  and both of these airports are International, so you can fly into which ever is the most convenient.

Is there a shuttle service from the airport to the college?

At the present time there isn’t a shuttle that will pick and deliver participants to the conference. There are many car rental companies available at the airport and it is an easy drive and if you know someone local maybe you can share a ride.

What so I do if I have to cancel my Registration?

Refund Policy

Up to June 1st 2020, with no exceptions, any cancellations will result in a non refundable fee $100.00.

From June 1st to July 15th 2020 – 50% of the registration will be refunded upon written request

After July 15th 2020 absolutely no refunds will be processed unless your space can be filled from a wait list by ABC2020. If your space can be filled upon a written request you will receive 50% refund of the registration fee.
